I have been using Chicago Bus&Van service in Chicago for Over 15 years. When the car service I was using start providing bad service. I have decided to try different limousine companies in Chicago, after traveling with over 20 companies I finally made my mind and chose to work with A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service, they have custom built software where I can easily track my reservations and they are always on time. I have been using them for almost 7 years and referred many of my friends and clients.

I travel to Chicago a lot for business and every time my company gets me a car service to pick me and my boss up from airport and take us to our hotel and every single time we either get a limousine or the driver is always late and the cars were always dirty. Finally we have complained to our administrator office where they book our cars and they went on a hunt to find a better service in Chicago, that is when we met A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service, ever since then we had no problems with the services whatsoever, I recommend all the business travelers visiting Chicago to try A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service.

I felt I owe this review to A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service and their team, I was so worried about my wedding but thanks to A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service, every thing was as sooth as it can get and pleasant. I live in Chicago and have been using out of town limousine companies for my transportation needs, the rates were so high but I was told the local Chicago companies were not providing good service, one day mistakenly took the wrong town car from the airport to my condo in downtown, both me and the driver realized the mistake but it was to late, I paid half of the rate I have been paying and enjoyed the drivers company and ride, it was were pleasant. I no longer wanted to pay double the price for a service I can get from a local company in Chicago. I thank A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service for their great service to Chicago land people. PROM NIGHT SAFETY

I am a father of 2 girls and each one of them were taken to the prom by A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service drivers, I felt so safe using A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service, their drivers are trained well, they report to us every hour. The best limousine service

I love traveling with A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service, once I make a reservation for myself or my clients, I got an email confirmation right away and I got another email 1 hour before the pick-up time with a car number and the drivers name and I got another email and text to my cell phone 15 minutes before the pickup time for letting me know that the car is standing by at the location and I got another email and text when my client is in the car and I will get another one when the client is dropped off along with my final charges. What a great and smart way of running a business, I must give A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service a credit. Thanks
A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service rescued me

We had a limousine arranged to pick me and my family up from O’Hare and take us to our hotel in the city. Once we land at the airport we were expecting our greeter at our baggage claim area but the greeter was nowhere to find, once we called the company and asked them about our greeter they could not find our reservation and told us it would take 45 minutes to an hour for a limousine to come pick us up, I got so angry and start calling the 411 operator and the first company they connect me was A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service and they got there in 15 minutes, I always use A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service whenever I visit Chicago.

I am extremely happy with A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service, every year we come to McCormick Place Chicago for convention and every year we take out our customers for a nice dinner and use A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service for our transportation needs, not only they are very professional they also make us look good. As my first time visit in Chicago I was told to use a limo service to go out in town, so I asked our concierges at the hotel to find a limousine for us and they made the arrangements with A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service, we were able to go to each club without waiting, we were VIP’s , great service…way to go A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service

A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service have a great team of office people and drivers working for them, they are always happy over the phone and the drivers always smile genuinely, they do their job very professional and deserve the money we pay, we always use them whenever we go to a concert and they are always on time and cars are always clean, you should try them at least once t see the difference.
Bus driver was our tour guide

We hired a coach bus from A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service to take us around town in Chicago and Oak Park but our tour guide had an emergency and did not show up at the pick up place, and we could not find anyone else, well amazingly the bus driver used to be a tour guide in Chicago, we were so happy, he took us to a guided tour. We want to thank him and A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service for hiring such a great personal.
LimoBus was an amazing experience

A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service has one of the most amazing LimoBus I have ever seen, it had a great sound system, lighting and a fog machine to top all these it had a bathroom inside. We were 20 guys and partied like a rock star that night, I still time to time look at the pictures and remember the amazing night, A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service has a great deal on LimoBuses and the driver actually was very nice and If I can get together 20 of my friend and go out I will definitely use A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service again.
Coming to Indiana

Our flight got diverted to Indianapolis airport due to a severe weather condition at O’Hare airport and I had a greeting service arranged, when we land at Indianapolis I realized that I did not have A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service phone number and it was the middle of the night , right when I was trying to call the information for A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service phone number my cell phone rang and it was A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service calling me to letting me know that the driver is on hi sway to Indianapolis to pick me up but they needed my authorization , it was a great feeling to know someone there really doing their job right, I had to wait 3 hours for the driver to come and get me but, it was a pleasant ride, great job A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service…my business is yours

I must admit that the best night out ever is the night before you get married, we partied so hard , at the end of the night we did not even know where we were but thanks to A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service and their driver we were dropped of home one by one in safe condition, if we did not have a limousine with a smart driver that night I probably wouldn’t be here writing this to you….amazingly the driver reported every stop we made for picking up my friends and reported to his office, if he had not done that we wouldn’t be able to got home that night…you can trust this company
Finally got the right company

Everyone knows limo companies always lie when they are running late ( flat tire, heavy traffic, accident…) me and my company were frustrated with our limousine company, we will have our clients waiting downstairs for their cars and no one is their , we had to call and each time different excuse , it was an embarrassing situation for us in front of our clients. Finally one of my friend recommended A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service and we tried it, they are great, we got email and text notification 1 hour before the pick up time with the car information and we get notification via email and text 30 minutes prior to the pickup time for status update, if the car is going to be 15-20 minutes late, it is a great system, we are ok with cars being late as long us we are notified and I believe A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service has the secret recipe…way to go A1 Chicago Bus & Van Service |
